| Devin Santa obtained his Professional Engineering from the State of New York. With this License the Principal's of RACE are licensed to perform engineering from New Hampshire to New York with John Roberge licensed in CT, RI, MA, and NH and Devin Santa licensed in NY and CT. |

| RACE is excited to have been awarded the contract for Marine Consulting and Engineering Services for the Town of Greenwich, CT. Under this contract, RACE will work closely with representatives of the Town's Parks and Recreation Department to provide engineering support at numerous Town owned marinas and public waterfront facilities. Initial projects include bulkhead replacement, boat ramp construction, and public access pier inspection. RACE is looking forward to working with the Town on maintaining and improving these important and unique public facilities. |

| Matt Rakowski just returned from the Docks and Marinas 2008 Seminar hosted by the University of Wisconsin. The topics of this three day seminar included; planning, design, and Construction of Modern Marina Facilities, Environmental Impacts, Permits, and Regulatory Compliance, Breakwaters and Wave Attenuators; Coastal and Waterfront Engineering. |

| Devin Santa obtained certification in the practice of structural engineering from the Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB). This certification is part of a National program formed to identify Professional Engineers with additional education, experience, and skills that are particular to the practice of structural engineering. |

| 08/26/2008 John's Trip to Romania |
| John recently returned from the Black Sea in Romania as part of an Engineering Team with Black & Veatch. The Team, including the Black & Veatch GIS experts and coastal modeling experts from the US Army Corps of Engineers ERDC, is assisting the government of Romania, through the US Trade and Development Agency, with developing a sustainable Coastal Zone Management Plan. The project is focused upon developing a plan for implementation to gather critical coastal data and to develop a database for use by modelers to asess and predict sedimentation processes along the critically eroding Danube River Delta. |
